About GEC

GEC (Global Education City) is the largest off-campus student accommodation provider in Metro Vancouver, BC Canada, with a portfolio and development budget exceeding C$1.5 billion. Currently hosting thousands of students at five locations with seven buildings fully operational, eight additional buildings at development phase to be completed by 2025.

GEC services local, out-of-province and international students, provides them with cost-effective and comfortable off-campus housing solutions. With flexible leases, fully furnished suites, on-site management and all-inclusive amenities, GEC offers the leading living experience to enhance students’ academic journey.

All GEC residences are strategically located at close proximity to subway/skytrain stations. Downtown Vancouver (GEC Viva and GEC Granville), Cambie Corridor along the Canada Line SkyTrain system (GEC Pearson, GEC Marine Gateway), and Burnaby Heights (GEC Burnaby Heights) which are minutes away from most major colleges and universities in Vancouver, Canada.
