How to Book:

Step 1. Click the Reserve Now button to fill out the form, and our reservation team will follow up to confirm your preferences and provide a custom quote based on your room type and length of stay.

Step 2. Once you decide to book, secure your spot by paying an initial $100 deposit via Letus link or wire transfer. No lease agreement is required at this stage. The remaining deposit balance is not due until March 31, 2027; if it is not received by this date, the $100 is forfeited and the room will be released.

Step 3. Confirm your finalized move-in and move-out dates and room type, sign the lease agreement, and pay the rest of the deposit (half a month's rent minus the $100 already paid). Your booking is then complete!
