How much does it cost to stay at GEC?

Our rates vary based on the location, room type, and length of your stay. We offer two pricing tiers: Standard Rate (3–7 months): Applies to any lease signed for a duration between 3 and 7 months. Ideal for short-term stays or a single semester. Extended Stay Rate (8+ months): Enjoy a preferred rate that saves you $100 per month when you commit to an 8-month lease or longer.

What's the minimum age requirement to live in GEC?

The minimum age is 19. Students aged 17 to 19 can live in Private Apartments with a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.

Can non-students stay at GEC?

Yes. Non-students are welcome to stay, but rentals are limited to our private apartment options.

Are there any fees or deposits required other than rent?

Yes. All bookings require a refundable security deposit (half a month's rent) and a one-time administration/amenity fee. Tenant insurance is also mandatory; you can easily set this up through our partner, Apollo Insurance, or use your own provider (typically around $20/month).

Are GEC shared apartments same-gender?

Yes. To ensure comfort and privacy for everyone, all shared apartments are strictly same-gender.
