About GEC

GEC (Global Education City) is the largest student housing community in Metro Vancouver, with a portfolio and development budget exceeding C$1.5 billion. Currently hosting students at four locations with seven buildings fully operational, ten additional buildings at development phase to be completed by 2025.

GEC services out-of-province and international students, provides them with cost-effective and comfortable off-campus housing solutions. With flexible leases, fully furnished suites, and all-inclusive amenities, GEC offers better value than most university residences and private rentals.
