Friendly and professional staff. Lobby, rooms, and common areas are all kept/maintained tidy and clean. There's a discount for a long-term stay. Very pleasant experience. I don't know how they determine the ranking, but this hotel deserve more than 3 stars in my opinion considering my overall experience.

It's a very nice hotel . Easy access from the airport to the hotel via train 5 mins walk . The rooms are spacious and clean. They have 24 hr front desk who I found to be very helpful. Walking distance to Granville Island and a bus stop across the street to the waterfront. Highly recommend

Very good location. Near a lot of good food in Yaletown. I ran to Stanley park and back, 5 km or 10km depends. They have very good Wifi, small gym, luggage storage, share kitchen (you can cook your own seafood). They even have a desktop computer in case you need something urgent. The room has USB A plug which is very convenient. The hotel is a bit old, so it’s not modern looking but all is good.
